We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders, which ensures delivery within 5-7 days for most of the pin codes across India. For realistic delivery timelines, we encourage you to check for the fastest possible delivery to your location by using our pincode service – available on every product page.

The majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM on a working day, are shipped the next day.

Note: Some products might take up to 72 hours for dispatch. This can happen with products that are subject to availability per market conditions, peak demand, low stock, and more dynamic situations beyond the control of BookSoul.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. In case of any disputes, we help you to escalate timely. We escalate with our logistic partners for any issues reported by you. We also source packing videos from our warehouse CCTVs to assure you of safe and original packing before your order leaves our warehouse. Rest assured, we give top priority to safe and on-time deliveries of your order across 27,000+ PIN codes in India.

What locations do you ship to?

We provide shipping and cover all postal codes in India, including over 23,000 cities across India. Most orders are prioritized to be sent via BlueDart for reliable delivery.

Postal codes not covered by any logistic partners might be shipped through Speed Post (India Post). So if the shipping address is in India – yes we can ship your order.

I have ordered already, when would you ship my order?

The majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM on a working day, are shipped the next day.

Do you ship on all days?

We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

If you have ordered on Sunday (or a Public Holiday), order confirmation happens on the next working day.

My order has more than one product. Would you ship all of them in single shipping?

While we shall endeavor to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. We appreciate your understanding in this case.

If you have ordered multiple components for a PC, and you would want us to assemble them before shipping, please expect delays in shipping of your order accordingly.

Will I be notified if my order has been shipped?

Yes. We will update the tracking number against the order, in your account. You can check the same by logging on to your account. You will be notified over email and/or SMS as well.

How long would it take for my order to reach the shipping address?

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed logistic partners. Based on experience, leading logistic partners in India have an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days for most shipments. COVID-19 situation or other local regional factors might impact some delivery timelines though. We really appreciate your cooperation in understanding the same.

Can you deliver to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises?

Our Courier personnel are experienced at making deliveries to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises.

However, please be aware to make the following information available to us during order placement:

  • Hostel/Building name
  • Full address and Landmark
  • Telephone number of the recipient
  • The name of the recipient
  • Room/Cubicle/Floor number of the recipient

The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the delivery person. The order can be handed over to a security person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.

Can you deliver at remote locations?

Orders can be delivered only in the serviceable postal codes. You can check if we serve at your shipping address by entering the pin code on the product page. Otherwise, feel free to contact us to confirm if we deliver to your postal code.

How many delivery attempts are made?

The delivery of your order will be attempted only once at the address provided in the order. In the case where delivery is not done due to the following reasons, our Logistic partners will hold the package at their warehouse for the next 24 hours before dispatching it back to us:

  • Delivery was not done due to the wrong address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • Incorrect contact or extension number; contact number not working / no reply / not reachable.
  • The recipient refused the products.

In such cases, you shall contact us to request a reschedule of the order. However, we cannot guarantee the same once RTO is initiated by the delivery partner.
