While a Sadhguru fan might have heard a lot of pieces of what was said in the book, the significance of the book is to chain all the threads together into a coherent narrative that relates many concepts together. For example the relationship between karma and response-ability is something that is very valuable to understand.The writing is deceptively simple to read, but the ideas are very profound. I think this is a book that has to be read multiple times to fully grasp the whole story. There are some parts of the karmic system that are more “fantastical” and harder to accept (e.g. concept of rebirth), but Sadhguru limited those discussions and their acceptance is not necessary to understand the most important messages in the book.
