Elsie Silver is a Canadian author of sassy, sexy, small town romance who loves a good book boyfriend and the strong heroines who bring them to their knees. She lives just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia with her husband, son, and three dogs and has been voraciously reading romance books since before she was probably supposed to.

She loves cooking and trying new foods, traveling, and spending time with her boys–especially outdoors. Elsie has also become a big fan of her quiet five am mornings, which is when most of her writing happens. It’s during this time that she can sip a cup of hot coffee and dream up a fictional world full of romantic stories to share with her readers.

@itsnilibrary on instagram𝙞𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚?Summer Hamilton works with her dad, and when he asks her to babysit her teenage crush, she has to do it, even if she thinks he hated her the first moment he saw her. but actually, was quite the opposite.I loved this book! I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I did, since small town romance isn’t my cup of tea, but I enjoyed this really much. and the plot? omg!!Elsie Silver writing is absolutely amazing – light and funny – and the characters are well developed, like the book’s story itself. if you like enemies to lovers, age gap and a grumpy mmc, this book is for you.can’t wait to read the next book in the series, heartless!

4.5 stars – Rhett and Summer“And everything about the moment is flawless.”One of my favorite things was how well the characters were well developed and how quickly I became invested in not only Rhett and Summer but the whole Chestnut Springs community and beyond! There wasn’t a lot about this book I didn’t like. If I had to pick something, it would be that the sharing backstories scene felt a little forced, and I wasn’t a huge fan of what Summer went through / was ongoing in her life… that is totally preference based because it does fit into the story!I am definitely planning on jumping right into Heartless! I can’t wait to read more

Not as amazing, as I was expecting, but I still enjoyed itI heard so much about this book – so many great reviews and I just couldn’t help but read it.A good mushy romance, with some great tropes; age gap, sports romance (Bull rider), Grumpy x Sunshine, protective MMC, forced proximity etc. It was exactly what I was looking for when I picked it up. 😍MAN, is it good if you’re looking for an easy read with a good amount of spice. I’m now going to think about this book whenever I see whipped cream. It will not let you down. 😏😉I do like it, but in some parts of the plot, it just feels like it’s lacking something. For example, there is very little build up of their friendship/relationship with each other before Rhett starts to get jealous of other guys. He gets jealous and almost possessive straight away after they start working together. They were great as a couple later on in the book, and it hits right in the feels after the 50% mark, but in my opinion, I think it could have used some more formative moments between the two of them.Despite this, I did enjoy it. Maybe I went into it expecting a very developed background surrounding both characters. I’ll definitely read it again, and maybe next time I read it, I’ll pick up on things in the book that I missed this time.Happy reading!3⭐️
